Denying relief on the basis of belief (II)

LONDON: This is with reference to the front-page report in your newspaper of August 18 on relief not being given to flood victims who happen to be Ahmadi. What a contrast this is to the non-discriminatory humanitarian efforts Ahmadis here in London and all over the world are making. If anyone is in any doubt, the record of assistance provided by the Ahmadis in the 2005 earthquake through its charity can be perused. This time too they are collecting tents and money in London to send to our brothers and sisters (whether Ahmadi or not) in Pakistan, but Ahmadis are being treated as non-citizens yet again.
