Custody battle: Court returns child to mother
Husband had kicked her out some days ago and kept her three months old son, Subhan.

The District and Session Judge Muhammad Rasheed Qamar ordered a baby be handed over to the mother after it was recovered from the custody of his father. Iqra Iftikhar, a resident of Sangla Hill, had moved a petition before the DSJ saying that her spouse, Nasir Altaf, a resident of Panwan village in Sheikhupura district, had kicked her out some days ago and kept her three months old son, Subhan.
