Intermediate exams: Girls outshine boys

A total of 31,655 candidates appeared in the exams, out of which 21,702 were declared successful.

ABBOTABAD: The Abbottabad Board of Intermediate Examinations announced its results for intermediate exams on Friday, with girls scoring all top three positions. A total of 31,655 candidates appeared in the exams, out of which 21,702 were declared successful. According to the examination controller, Humaira Ehsan of Mansehra Public School topped the board with 1,003 marks out of 1,100, setting a new high record for the board. Muneeba Rani of International Public School bagged stood second with 991 marks, while Aisha Shad of Sky International Public School and Sidra Bashir of Pakistan International Public School scored third position with 983 marks. The fourth position was achieved by Junaid Khan Jadoon of Pakistan International Public Schools with 980 marks.
