Obituary: Veteran journalist dies
Raja Zaffar Hussain, 65, died of cardiac arrest in Muzzafarabad on Monday.

A senior journalist Raja Zaffar Hussain died of cardiac arrest in Muzzafarabad on Monday. He was 65. Zaffar served as the chief editor for a local Urdu daily “Domail” and his journalistic career spanned four decades. The Jammu and Kashmir Journalists’ Organisation has expressed grief over Hussain’s demise. The organisation’s President Hafiz Maqsood Mirza, in a condolence statement, termed his death an irreparable loss to the state press, family and friends. Hussain will be laid to rest in Muzzaffarabad on Tuesday.
