Visiting delegation: Bangladeshi students visit Fatima Jinnah Women University
FJWU VC said bilateral study tours are very fruitful in learning of each other’s academic environment and culture.
A twenty-member delegation of students from various Bangladeshi universities visited Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) on Friday as part of their study tour. A press release issued on Friday adds that the delegation was led by Prof Dr Abul Khair from Chitagong University.
FJWU Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Samina Amin Qadir said the bilateral study tours are always very fruitful in learning of each other’s academic environment and culture.
She also told students about the education system of Pakistan including courses offered by FJWU University.
Dr Abul Khair spoke about the role of universities of Bangladesh in the country’s growth and development. He said that the mission of this tour is to strengthen the relationship between the two countries.
Pakistan and Bangladesh are brothers and they would continue to be, Bangladeshi students said during their visit.
They also said they would never forget the hospitality extended to them in Pakistan.
