Safety training: Rescue 1122 starts summer courses

Rescue 1122 Community Safety and Training Wing Rawalpindi has started basic life support (BLS) and fire safety training for college students during the summer break.


The training has been started on the directions of Rescue 1122 Director General Dr Rizwan Naseer.

The program was launched from June 11 for different colleges in Rawalpindi District under the supervision of Community Training Emergency Officer Deeba Shahnaz and the program will continue till July 7.

Students will be trained on basic life support and fire safety orientation through lectures, presentations and practical demonstrations.

The three-day course will include written and practical tests on the third day of the course. Students, who attend all sessions and secure 70 percent marks in the test and can perform practical skills will be considered pass and will be certified by the Rescue 1122 Rawalpindi District Emergency Office.
