Scorching heat: Two die from sun stroke

DASKA:
Two people reportedly died from heat on Monday in Daska and Sambrial. The maximum recorded temperature in the area on Monday was 40 degree Celsius. Rescue 1122 officials said Muhammad Asif khan, 65, a resident of Daska, and an unidentified man in Sambrial Lorry Adda were found lying on the roadsides in their respective areas. They were taken to district headquarters hospital, where they were pronounced dead.
