FAISALABAD: Speakers at a meeting of Australian Centre for International Agricultural Research and Aus-Pak Agricultural Sector Linkage Programme stressed on Sunday the need for policy interventions in dairy, mango and citrus sectors.
They said the farmers were facing tremendous problems on account of high input prices as well as with the marketing and governess mismanagement. They also stressed the need to raise their productivity through improved access to information and technology.
