Something Slithers In The Ward: Snake causes scare at Nishtar Hospital

A witness says that he saw an 8-10 ft long snake in ward 2.

MULTAN:
The sighting of a snake in a ward at the Nishtar Hospital on Saturday morning caused many patients and attendants to panic. Imtiaz Ahmad, a witness, said that he saw an 8-10 ft long snake in ward 2. “Several people ran out of the building,” he said. Rescue spokesman Imran said that this led to a rumour of a bomb at the hospital. He said police were also called. Medical Superintendent Javed Omar later called Rescue 1122 to catch the snake. “We cleared the ward but were unable to find the snake,” Imran said.
