Aid workers: Targeted attacks condemned
PHF condemned the abduction and tragic killing of ICRC worker Khalil Rasjed Dale.

Pakistan Humanitarian Forum (PHF) on Wednesday condemned targeted attacks against civilians, humanitarian agencies’ staff. The PHF condemned the abduction and tragic killing of ICRC worker Khalil Rasjed Dale. On Sunday, 29 April 2012, ICRC confirmed that Dale was killed following his abduction from near ICRC office in Quetta, Balochistan, on January 5 2012. PHF chairperson Aine Fay said that Dale’s murder on 29 April was condemnable. “Targeted violence against humanitarian organisations must be condemned,” she said. Seven humanitarian staff are still being held hostage in Pakistan and no one has been arrested in any of the cases.
