Lyari gangster Arshad Pappu’s 75-year-old father Lal Mohammad alias Haji Lalu passed away on Sunday. According to the family, Haji Lalu was taken to Aga Khan University Hospital after a heart attack. He was pronounced dead on arrival.
Haji Lalu was also a notorious gangster who was released from jail in June 2011 after being there for eight years for killing Faiz Mohammad alias Faizu Mama, the father of Lyari leader Uzair Baloch. He used to live in Jahanabad but after he was released from prison, he moved to Hub with the family because of threats from a rival gang. He leaves behind eight children and three wives.
