Pakistan has no connection with terrorist organisations: Sherry Rehman
Rehman, in an exclusive interview to Express News, said that the US has expressed concerns about its defense, but Pakistan too has “red lines” that should not be crossed.
The ambassador said that Pakistan does not consider Afghanistan a “strategic backyard”.
“Negotiations with the US will be held in the light of the parliament’s recommendations”, said the ambassador, adding, “Pakistan will in no way compromise on its sovereignty”.

we have connection with terror organisations and USA establishes an office for them in Qatar to invite them to talks and request them not to shoot thier soldiers and let them have some respectful wiithdrawl after 10 useless years of war they brought to Afghanistan?? it all makes a lot of sense............doesnt it??

Sherry Rehman is a great and honest human being. It must have hurt her inside tremendously to state such a blatant lie. That is not her fault, she is just doing her job. Hussain Haqqani also had to state many lies that were in total contradiction to what he wrote in his book. That is all part of the job. But, the reality is that no one in the world would believe these lies.
So besides monetary debt, Pakistan is now also under "credibility" debt with the world. Sherry, you have been revered as more honest in diplomatic world. What compelled you to make such a foolish statement? True patriotism is not to sweep under carpet the absolute evil existing in your country but to seek ways to fix it.

@ Raza - Indians wish to be lead by great personalities irrespective of any religion...unfortunately, a particular community wanted to rule (instead of leading) the sub-continent. Interestingly, their own people are now suffering today :)

Come on, Sherry, you're better than that. Nobody is expecting you to tell the world that your agencies support terrorists. At the very least, don't proffer a lie. This reduces Pakistan's credibility even further.
