FAISALABAD: Mohammad Bilal, son of Mohammad Iqbal Aslam, died on the way to hospital after being hit by a bullet shot during a mehndi ceremony in the Balochni area in Chak 99-RB.Police said the bullet was fired by Mohammad Iftikhar, a relative of Bilal, who had been arrested.
