23 Indian fishermen arrested by PMSA
Fishermen handed over to Karachi Docks Police, four boats seized.
KARACHI:
The Pakistan Maritime Security Agency (PMSA) arrested 23 Indian fishermen for fishing within the country’s economic zone waters, Express News reported on Tuesday.
Officials said that the fishermen had entered the water territories while they were fishing. Four of their boats were also taken into custody.
The fishermen have been handed over to the Karachi Docks Police for further investigation and will be presented in the court tomorrow.
