Property Fraud: SHO summoned on forgery plea
Petitioner submitted that a man had forged property registration documents for her 11-marla plot.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Pervez Iqbal Sipra on Saturday sought comments from the Lower Mall station house officer (SHO) for March 24 on a petition for the registration of a forgery case. Petitioner Munawar Begum submitted that a man named Abdul Salam had forged property registration documents for her 11-marla plot in Rajgarh and intended to sell her property. She said she had approached the SHO but he did not listen to her. She asked the court to direct the SHO to register a case against Salam.
