Playing field: Four-day police T20 tournament begins
Eight teams from the capital police, provincial police departments, highway police and Punjab Rangers are taking part

It is cricket season for law-enforcement agencies. A four-day All Pakistan Jan Nisar T-20 Cricket Tournamenta organised by Islamabad Police started here Thursday.
Eight teams from the capital police, provincial police departments, highway police and Punjab Rangers are taking part in the tournament. “This tournament is a tribute to the services of those policemen who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty,” said Islamabad Inspector General of Police (IGP) Bani Amin Khan at the opening ceremony.
He hoped for some sparking performances from the players in the T20 tournament.
