
Earlier, the police had lodged a complaint against the chief minister’s sons for beating up policemen and snatching their weapons along with some 16 other people.
Rais and Yadgar appeared before the session court along with their lawyer and submitted their bail application. They maintained that they were not present at the site of the incident and the police had lodged a baseless complaint against them.
The court asked them to appear again on March 22 to verify their bail.
