Drone attack kills 12 suspected militants in South Waziristan
The strike occurred in an area inhabited by repatriated members of the Mehsud Tribe.

At least 12 militants were killed when an unmanned US predator fired three missiles on a vehicle in South Waziristan Agency, officials said.
An official told The Express Tribune that the attack took place in the Mandao area on the border between North and South Waziristan agencies. “One missile hit the vehicle while the other two landed nearby,” he said.
Local sources said that the area, Sara Rogha sector, is sparsely populated and the vehicle was completely destroyed.
The area is inhabited by repatriated members of the Mehsud Tribe, many of whom had left because of a military operation that was launched in the area. The next phase of repatriation of the Mehsud Tribe is expected to start on March 15.
