Kidnapping cases: Bank managers still missing

SUKKUR: A month and a half has gone by but the Ghotki police have not been able to find Iqbal Shaikh and Raees Khan, both managers at branches of a private bank in Ghotki and Mirpur Mathelo, respectively. The residents of Sukkur went missing on January 9 while on their way to work in Iqbal’s car. The Ghotki police found Iqbal’s car near a vegetable market. Iqbal’s son, Asif Shaikh, said that on January 14 his uncle was contacted by the kidnappers who demanded a ransom for the release of Iqbal and Raees.
