Bodla, who attempted the record at Children Library Complex in Lahore, managed 6,370 kicks in one hour. He broke the previous record of 2,982 kicks held by Indian Jayanth Reddy in 21 minutes and 46 seconds.
He had invited Guinness Book of World Records officials, but they had asked for 4,600 pounds to officiate the record attempt. He then asked local officials to look over it.
Bodla will now send the attempt video to Guinness Book of World Records, which can take up to six to seven months to verify.

what you people dont know is that this boy one of the finest martial art players in pakistan who outperformed professionals from 22 countries and doubled the world record of an indian master under the same rules...... he holds a 2nd dan blacklelt in taekwondo and has been trained by the best from pakistan, people like u who only criticize wont withstand a single full contact kick he executes...
He should apply for worlds shortest kicks instead.
Is he polishing his shoes?
If those are "kicks", them my 10 year old niece does much better than this dude. No wonder, the Guinness Book comitte did not even bother to look at them.
Nice record, though my one kick would be better than these thousands , just saying
Pakistan has broken the world record in one more sphere, should register its name in Guinness Book of World Records as a country having issued record number of denials to accusations made by several countries against it.
What a waste of time
@JaySabir: Its already disabled for some people particualrly indian trolls. thats why you see their posts keep going up and up :)
On topic. Great Job Brother. Proud of You and please keep doing such stuff
ET Moderators and Web Development Team: Please exclude the policy of disabling Recommend Button once it has been clicked so that Bodla could prove his skills by pressing it repeatedly and make my comment an epic one :D
me 2 a pakistani but sorry 2 say, that there is a lot difference b/w kicks of that indian and ahmed amin
he is just brilliant man http://www.newsforviews.com/
nice job brother
At first I thought he was warming up for kicks, but when I realized those were the kicks, I almost puked.
I thought the headline was catchy enough until I saw the video. '6,370 kicks in one hour' seems impressive, but that can hardly be called a kick!
My personal record is 93 kicks in 30 seconds from foot on the ground to kick shield at waist height. Each kick is brought back down to floor level before kicking the pad again Muai Thai style.
Please anybody knows this Bodla??? Any contact??
wat sort of martial art kicks are these ?
yeh kicks hain? :P good old pakistani ingenuity though :P Cool bro!!! make us proud! do something with punches too!!!! :D
waste of time. media shuld publish better news. it's making news out of nothing. so these are called kicks? a 1 year baby kick better than that.
really cheap publicity and low journalism.
