Javed Hashmi discharged from hospital

Doctors discharged the PML-N leader following his speedy recovery from a stroke.

Doctors discharged PML-N leader Makhdoom Javed Hashmi from Lahore General's Hospital on Sunday, following his speedy recovery.

Hashmi was shifted to Lahore General's Hospital on 20th July following stroke in Multan when he returned home after a morning walk. Early this morning Punjab Chief Minister, Shahbaz Sharif visited Hashmi in the hospital and told the media that he is recovering fast and doctors have allowed him to travel to Islamabad. It is likely that Hashmi will get physiotherapy and speech therapy from Islamabad.

Faisal Naseem Chaudhry | 14 years ago | Reply I just got an update from an urdu daily's net updates that the punjab government withdrew the police escort when his ambulance moving to Islamabad was about to reach motorway here in lahore i.e. Thokar Niaz Beg Chowk. It is further stated in that net-update that his daughter Memoona, an MNA, contacted the IG who told that CM Sahib had directed to provide escort only till that point. What a shame. This man was languishing behind bars when Mian Family was enjoying Royal Palaces in Saudia.

He has spent his Youth & Old age serving the Pakistan..he must get retired now and should spend his time with family..or travelling around the world to explore nature's best, far far away from Dirty Politics of Pakistan. I would highly suggest for him to retire from Politics.
