In cold blood: Rickshaw driver kills wife
The body was taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre.

The authorities have booked a man for allegedly killing his wife at home in Landhi on Sunday. The woman was identified as 35-year-old Somi alias Salamia alias Islamia, said the Quaidabad police station.
The body was taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre. The suspect was identified as Omar alias Raj. The couple had four children but none of them were available for comment. According to SHO Nasir Mashwani, the neighbours said that Somi’s husband, his brother and children escaped before the police got there.
He added that the woman was strangled with a rope. Initial investigation suggests that Raj was a rickshaw driver and killed his wife. The police have registered FIR no. 32/11 against Raj and his brother.
