In recognition of outstanding efforts to provide customer care and outreach services, Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) gave Waqas Azeem the ‘Best Performer of Lahore Contact Centre’ award at a ceremony held here. In a press release, PTCL says this event, as part of an incentive plan, is held annually in PTCL contact centres in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi to reward and recognise employees’ efforts to provide customer care.
