Sapna Khan case: CJ appoints judge to hear petitions

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court Chief Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed on Wednesday nominated Justice Sheikh Najamul Hassan to hear petitions filed by former chief minister Sardar Dost Muhammad Khosa and Missal Khan, who claims to be Sapna’s father, for registration of cases against each other for kidnapping and possible murder of Sapna Khan. Justice Hassan will take up the petitions next week. Khan accused Khosa of kidnapping and killing Sapna. Khosa also levelled the same allegations on his former wife’s family.
