Memogate Battle: Asma seeks time for round two

ISLAMABAD: Former ambassador to the US Husain Haqqani’s counsel Asma Jahangir wants more time to prepare for another round of legal battle with the Supreme Court against the formation of a commission on Memogate. Asma had filed a review petition against the court’s December 30 (short) order on the appointment of three chief justices to probe the scandal. The bench allowed Asma time to prepare her case in the interest of justice.
