The provincial health department has declared an emergency for government hospitals across the province for the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA) on Sunday. No doctor or paramedic can go on leave. Sindh health minister, Dr Sagheer Ahmed, directed that all staff and medicines should be available.
