In Dera Bugti: Man dies after hitting landmine
A man was killed while another sustained injuries in a landmine explosion in the Jan Beri area of Dera Bugti.

A man was killed while another sustained injuries in a landmine explosion in the Jan Beri area of Dera Bugti on Friday. According to the Balochistan Levies, the man, identified as Shaban, was on a motorcycle along with his friend Abid Khan when the vehicle hit a landmine. As a result, Shaban was killed on the spot and the pillion rider sustained injuries. Balochistan Levies personnel rushed to the spot soon after the incident. The deceased and injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. Later, the body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for burial. A case has been registered against unknown persons for planting the landmine.
