Pipeline repaired: SSGC restores gas supply
SSGC’s team replaced around 50 feet of damaged pipeline, in highly challenging weather conditions, it said.

Sui Southern Gas Company said that supply of gas was fully restored by Thursday evening, to entire Balochistan. SSGC’s 18-inch diameter main transmission gas pipeline was blown up on Wednesday night near village Khudadad Jhakarani in Jafarabad District by some unknown miscreants.
The company deployed all its resources and technical staff a press release said.
SSGC’s team replaced around 50 feet of damaged pipeline, in highly challenging weather conditions, it said.
After completing the job, 114 million cubic feet gas was injected in the system at around 5pm. It was expected that full gas pressure would be restored in a few hours.
