More rains in Karachi, Hyderabad

KARACHI: More monsoon rains have hit Karachi and Hyderabad early on Tuesday morning.

In Karachi, the downpour disrupted the flow of traffic at Nepa Chorangi, Saddar, Nazimabad and Pak Colony.

Electricity supply to various areas has also been suspended due to tripping of a number of electricity feeders, plunging many parts of the city into darkness.

The meteorological department has predicted that the rain system will continue till Wednesday.

Heavy rains are expected in most parts of upper Sindh.
