Student Politics: Three activists injured in clash

KARACHI:

Student activists from the Islami Jamiat Talba were injured in a clash with the Imamia Students Organisation near the Federal Urdu University on Saturday, said the Aziz Bhatti police.

SHO Kanson Dean said that three students were attacked by batons and iron rods. A heavy contingent of Rangers got there immediately but no arrests were made. The police claim that students from the university called the police help line and asked for help. The injured were taken to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre and no case was registered when this report was filed.
