Benazir Lovers Council: High Court asks DAG for help
The court issued this direction on the petition moved by Benazir Lovers Council through its counsel Ilmuddin Ghazi.
LAHORE:
The Lahore High Court sought assistance from a deputy attorney general regarding the maintainability of a writ petition which seeks the constitution of a judicial commission to probe into former prime minister Benazir Bhutto’s murder. The court issued this direction on the petition moved by Benazir Lovers Council through its counsel Ilmuddin Ghazi. The court will resume hearing on January 12.
