World number one Novak Djokovic’s phenomenal season was marked by a record prize-money haul of over $12.6 million, well over Rafael Nadal’s 2010 earnings of $10.1m. The Serb won three of four grand slams and won a staggering 70 matches during the season, losing on only six occasions. He now occupies fourth place in the list of career prize-money leaders with $32.8m to his credit. Current world number three Roger Federer still leads the list with earnings of $67.4m.
