Contact Centre: PTCL gives Top Agent Award

LAHORE: In recognition of the efforts for provision of best customer outreach services by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL), Haroon Khan was given the “Top Agent of the Contact Centre Award” at the annual dinner gala and awards ceremony of the PTCL Contact Centre in Lahore, says a press release. The 250-seat centre operates on 24/7 basis and hosts over 360 customer service agents. Khan received the award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Commercial Naveed Saeed. PRESS RELEASE
