Pakistan Blinds take ODI series too

Chase down India’s 324 to mark 26th consecutive win.

LAHORE:
Pakistan Blind cricket team built on their Twenty20 series success and beat their Indian counterparts by five wickets to go 2-0 up in the three match series.

Electing to bat first, India, building on their 139-run opening partnership, piled up 324 for eight off their quota. Prakash top scored with 83 while Shekhar Naik and Ganesh scored 46 runs each. For Pakistan, Masood Jan and Yasir claimed a brace each.


In reply, the hosts chased down the target in 36.4 overs, losing five wickets as Jan starred with the bat too and top-scored with 81.

The win was Pakistan’s 26th consecutive One-Day International win and their 7th series triumph in a row. The final match of the series will be played on Saturday in Islamabad.
