Floods 2011: PRCS launches winter relief
The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) has announced a winter relief plan for over 0.5 million Sindh flood victims that includes provision of food, blankets, healthcare facilities and drinking water.
The announcement was made by PRCS Chairperson Sherry Rehman during her visit to flood-affected areas. Rehman said that thousands are still living in temporary shelters. PPI
