Agreement with karachi: St Petersburg to become sister cities

KARACHI: The administrator of the City District Government Karachi, Mohammad Hussain Syed, is in Russia to sign a “Sister City Agreement” with St. Petersburg. The agreement is an attempt to foster greater commercial and cultural ties between the two cities.
