Four family members suffered severe burn injures in an explosion caused by a gas leakage

FAISALABAD: Four family members suffered severe burn injures in an explosion caused by a gas leakage on Sunday. According to police officials, the incident occurred during construction work on a house in Lal Mills Chowk. While the gas fittings were being put in place an explosion caused four people severe injuries. The explosion occurred when Zainab Bibi tried to light a stove for cooking and Zainab Babi, Sumaira, Majeed and his son Mueed were severely injured. Rescue 1122 officials put out the fire and sent the injured to Allied Hospital, where their condition is reportedly critical. Police officials at the scene have begun investigating the incident.
