Murder: Butchered in his bed
Mukhtar, 78, was alone at his house when unknown men barged in and attacked him with knives.

An old man was stabbed to death in the area of Balochni police on Wednesday. According to police officials, Chak 68-RB resident Umar Mukhtar, 78, was alone at his house when unknown men barged in and attacked him with knives. Mukhtar died on the spot and hospital officials have been ordered to conduct an autopsy of the decapitated body. Police officials have registered the case and are investigating.
