Indonesian experts helping with dengue control in Lahore have donated medicine and equipment to the Punjab government

LAHORE:
Indonesian experts helping with dengue control in Lahore have donated medicine and equipment to the Punjab government. In a small ceremony on Monday, Dr Rita, who heads the Indonesian team, handed over foggers, microscopes, test kits, face masks and cotton swabs to Health Director General Dr Muhammad Aslam Chaudhry. She said that various medicines had been donated directly to teaching hospitals.Dr Chaudhry thanked her and the “brother Muslim country” for helping Punjab cope with the outbreak of dengue. He said that 350 foggers were already in use in Lahore and the foggers donated by Indonesia would be put at the disposal of the district government.
