'Clayface' leads box office as 'You Can See Everything' grows in second weekend
'Clayface' leads weekend box office with projected $24m opening as 'You Can See Everything' expands

DC Studios’ Clayface is leading the US box office with a projected $24 million opening weekend, while A24’s You Can See Everything continues to grow following its nationwide expansion.
The body horror film earned $10.4 million on its opening day across 3,458 locations. With a reported production budget of $40 million, its projected domestic debut offers a promising start for Warner Bros. and DC Studios.
The film has received a 76% critics’ score and 93% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, alongside an A- CinemaScore rating.
The reception could help Clayface maintain its box office performance through Halloween and beyond. Its results also offer potential relief for Warner Bros. following disappointing performances from releases including Digger, Supergirl and Practical Magic 2.
Meanwhile, You Can See Everything, a documentary about Elizabeth Holmes, has expanded from 855 to 2,655 locations in its second weekend. The film is estimated to have grossed $20 million, bringing its domestic total to $45 million.
According to the report, it has become the highest-grossing documentary of the past decade, with further growth expected.
In third place, Fathom and Laika’s animated film Wildwood earned $4.3 million on its opening day from 2,752 locations. It is projected to finish the weekend with between $11 million and $12 million.
However, its reported production budget of more than $100 million makes profitability difficult. The film has a 100% critics’ score and 98% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, as well as an A CinemaScore.
Paramount and Legendary’s Street Fighter ranks fourth, with an estimated $8.4 million in its second weekend, a 73% decline from its $31 million debut. Its domestic total has reached $46.7 million against an $82 million production budget.
Rounding out the top five is Wicker, a fantasy romantic comedy starring Olivia Colman and Alexander Skarsgård. The film is projected to open with $6 million from 1,471 locations, supported by Rotten Tomatoes scores of 94% from critics and 95% from audiences.
