Halle Berry has listed her longtime Sunset Strip mansion for $11,995,000 as her custody dispute with ex-husband Olivier Martinez continues. The property went on the market earlier this month, days after Martinez obtained a temporary restraining order against the actress.

The Hollywood Hills estate also has a history involving Berry’s former partners. On Thanksgiving Day in 2012, Martinez and Berry’s former boyfriend Gabriel Aubry were involved in a physical altercation at the property.

Aubry, who shares daughter Nahla with Berry, sustained visible facial injuries in the incident, which attracted national attention.

Built in 1926, the 5,900-square-foot compound occupies more than 25,000 square feet of land. It has five bedrooms and six bathrooms across three structures: a three-bedroom main residence, a separate guest house and a standalone studio.

The property’s amenities include a private gym, massage room, swimming pool, spa and bar with a kitchenette.

Outdoor features include a fire pit, pizza oven, shaded dining areas and a meditation garden. Richard Ehrlich of Carolwood Estates is handling the listing.

The sale comes amid ongoing legal proceedings concerning the couple’s 13-year-old son, Maceo. Martinez has accused Berry of choking their son during a confrontation on September 26 involving a virtual reality video game.

Berry has denied abusing Maceo, maintaining that the incident involved roughhousing rather than an assault.

The dispute has also involved conflicting accounts of their son’s medical treatment. Martinez accused Berry of promoting a "false narrative" and described her October 5 emergency court filing as "retaliatory".

A judge has reportedly agreed to allow Maceo to testify at an upcoming hearing, but his testimony will be "limited to the request for the issuance of a restraining order".

Meanwhile, Berry’s 18-year-old daughter, Nahla, defended her mother in a sworn declaration, stating, "I never observed anything abusive about her parenting."

The custody dispute remains ongoing as Berry prepares to sell the historic property.
