CMA’s Dolly Parton tribute to feature Ella Langley, Reba McEntire and Brad Paisley

The Country Music Association will honour Dolly Parton with a two-hour tribute special featuring Ella Langley, Reba McEntire, Brad Paisley and a wide range of country and music stars.

I Will Always Love You: A Celebration of Dolly Parton will take place on October 21 at Belmont University’s Fisher Center for the Performing Arts in Nashville.

The special will air live on ABC and Disney+ at 9 p.m. ET, with streaming available on Hulu the following day.

The lineup will also include Darius Rucker, Carrie Underwood, Ashley McBryde, Kelsea Ballerini, Lainey Wilson, Little Big Town, Lukas Nelson, Ricky Skaggs, Vince Gill, Lady A and Zac Brown Band.

The tribute will also reflect Parton’s influence beyond country music. Bluegrass musician Béla Fleck, Broadway performer Kristin Chenoweth and actress-singer Kristen Bell are among the additional performers and guests announced for the event.

Songwriter Amy Grant and actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley will appear as special guests, while music students from Belmont University will perform in recognition of the school’s “Dolly U” programme. The programme encourages students to learn from Parton’s career as a musician and entrepreneur.

Additional surprise guests are also expected to appear during the broadcast.
