D4vd’s former Hollywood Hills home has returned to rental market for $15,950 per month following his arrest

D4vd’s former Hollywood Hills residence, where the singer was arrested in connection with the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, has returned to the rental market for $15,950 a month.
The furnished property above the Sunset Strip was listed on Saturday, according to property records obtained by TMZ.
The four-bedroom home had reportedly been recently renovated before being placed back on the market.
The 3,153-square-foot residence has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a swimming pool, spa, cabana and steam shower in the primary bathroom. Its interior includes new flooring, marble countertops and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances.
Privacy is also a feature of the property, which is located behind Chateau Marmont in the Hollywood Hills.
Neighbours who spoke to The California Post said they were unaware that D4vd had been living at the residence before his arrest.
D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was taken into custody by heavily armed officers at the property in April. He is currently being held without bail while awaiting trial.
Rivas’ body was found decomposing inside a Tesla registered to Burke in September 2025.
According to prosecutors, Burke allegedly ordered an Uber to take Rivas from her family home in Lake Elsinore to his Hollywood Hills residence on April 23, 2025.
Prosecutors allege Burke killed Rivas to prevent her from exposing their illegal sexual relationship and damaging his music career.
