The Punjab Chief Minister on Wednesday questioned the performance of the police and other law enforcing agencies in the wake of the recent terrorist attacks.
Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif whlie chairing a meeting to discuss security at Data Darbar, warned that future negligence in sensitive places will not be tolerated.
IG Punjab Tariq Saleem Dogar also briefed the meeting on the safety measures taken for Data Darbar.
Sharif wants tight security arrangements at places of worship in the province. He said that ensuring security of life and property were the basic responsibilities of the police.
