Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper have reportedly not secretly tied the knot, despite sparking widespread marriage rumours after stepping out in Paris wearing matching gold bands on their left ring fingers earlier this week. According to a new report, the jewellery symbolises their commitment to one another rather than a legal marriage.
Sources told Us Weekly that the couple's matching rings are promise rings, not wedding bands, adding that they have actually been wearing them for several months. "Neither of them wants to get married or have a traditional wedding, but they are very serious and committed to one another," the insider said.
The pair, who began dating in October 2023, are said to have fully blended their lives. According to the report, Hadid and Cooper are "inseparable" when they're not working, while their daughters, Khai, whom Hadid shares with Zayn Malik, and Lea, Cooper's daughter with Irina Shayk, reportedly enjoy spending time together.
The rings that sparked the speculation are both from French luxury jeweller Boucheron and are sold as wedding bands. Hadid wears the diamond-studded Quatre Radiant Edition Wedding Band, while Cooper opted for the simpler Godron Pink Gold Wedding Band. Although the jewellery resembles traditional wedding rings, neither star has confirmed any engagement or marriage.
Hadid and Cooper have kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight since going public. In a 2025 interview with Vogue, Hadid described their romance as "very romantic and happy", explaining that they prefer to keep their private life away from public attention. For now, despite the matching bands and ongoing speculation, the couple appear content with a committed partnership rather than a walk down the aisle.
