Report claims Jacob Elordi is in talks for major Marvel role, following recent speculation surrounding Sydney Sweeney

Jacob Elordi is reportedly in talks for a major role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, according to a new industry rumour that has attracted attention among fans of both Marvel and HBO's Euphoria.

The claim comes from Marvel scooper MyTimeToShineHello, who posted on X that Elordi is in discussions for a significant Marvel role.

While the report has fuelled speculation online, neither Marvel Studios nor the actor's representatives have publicly commented on the reported talks.

The rumour follows recent speculation linking Elordi's Euphoria co-star Sydney Sweeney to a Marvel project. Both actors appeared in the HBO drama series, which ran from 2019 to 2026 before concluding with its third and final season.

Elordi has become one of Hollywood's most prominent young actors in recent years. According to the report, he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor for Guillermo del Toro's Frankenstein and also earned two Golden Globe nominations for Frankenstein and The Narrow Road to the Deep North.

The Australian actor first rose to international recognition through Netflix's The Kissing Booth films before gaining wider acclaim for his performance in Euphoria. 

He is next scheduled to appear in Ridley Scott's science fiction film The Dog Stars, which is due for release on August 28, 2026.
