Police have registered a case against 20 to 25 unidentified individuals after a clash and aerial firing between two rival factions at MQM-Pakistan's headquarters in Bahadurabad.

The FIR, lodged at New Town police station on behalf of the state, includes charges of attempted murder, terrorism, rioting, vandalism and other relevant offences. Police said no faction was named in the case, reflecting "extreme caution" during its registration.

According to the FIR, the incident took place on Sunday when workers belonging to the Mustafa Kamal-led faction and Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui's group exchanged fire and engaged in a violent clash at the party's headquarters, triggering panic in the area.

Three men - Amir, Asad and Kashir Ali - were injured in the firing. They were shifted to ASH but later left against medical advice, preventing police from recording their statements.

The report also names Azhar and Zeeshan Habib among those present at the scene, along with 20 to 25 unidentified individuals.
