Sean "Diddy" Combs has sold one of his luxury Miami properties for $55 million while serving his prison sentence, marking a significant real estate transaction as the music mogul continues to deal with the fallout from his criminal case.
The waterfront estate is located on the exclusive Star Island, one of Miami's most prestigious neighborhoods known for its multimillion-dollar homes and celebrity residents. Spanning nearly 8,000 square feet, the property features six bedrooms, eight-and-a-half bathrooms, expansive living spaces, and prime waterfront access.
The mansion also shares a notable connection to Combs' legal troubles. It sits next to another Star Island home owned by the rapper that was searched by federal agents in March 2024 during an investigation into allegations of sex trafficking and racketeering. Authorities later said they recovered multiple items from the property that became part of the federal case.
The sale comes as Combs serves a four-year prison sentence after being convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. According to prison records, his current projected release date is February 2028.
The $55 million deal represents one of the latest developments in Combs' real estate portfolio as he remains incarcerated.
