Netflix has released the first official poster for Heartstopper Forever, the upcoming feature film concluding the Heartstopper story, ahead of its trailer debut tomorrow.
The new artwork offers the first official look at the final chapter of the coming-of-age romance, confirming that the trailer will be released on Wednesday. The film is scheduled for a global release on July 17, 2026.
Heartstopper Forever serves as the concluding instalment of the franchise based on Alice Oseman’s bestselling graphic novels. The film adapts elements from Volume 6 as well as the Nick and Charlie novella, bringing the story of Nick Nelson and Charlie Spring to a definitive close.
The storyline is expected to explore the challenges of long-distance love as Nick prepares for university, while Charlie navigates the uncertainty of change and growing independence. The central question posed by the final chapter centres on whether first love can truly endure life transitions.
Creator Alice Oseman has described the film as an exploration of love, memory, time and emotional growth, continuing the tone established throughout the series.
The returning cast includes Yasmin Finney, Will Gao and other familiar faces from the Heartstopper universe, alongside new additions joining the final chapter.
With the trailer set to drop tomorrow, anticipation continues to build ahead of the film’s release this summer on Netflix.
