British developer One Homes announces $35 million foreign investment in Lahore following the success of its flagship One Canal Road development

One Homes, the UK-based real estate developer responsible for Lahore’s most prestigious residential address, has unveiled a new $35 million investment in a luxury high-rise project in the city.

The venture includes the acquisition of a prime parcel of land on Raiwind Road, where the company plans to develop its next landmark residential project, reinforcing its long-term commitment to Lahore’s luxury real estate sector.

The move follows the successful handover of One Canal Road, One Homes’ flagship development in Lahore.
 

Designed by internationally renowned Miami-based architect Kobi Karp and featuring finishes by Versace Ceramics, the project set a new benchmark for residential property values in the city, achieving the highest pricing levels in Lahore’s history.

A 10,000 sq ft sky villa at the development has since been listed at PKR 1 billion, making it the most expensive penthouse ever offered in Pakistan.

Situated within Lahore West on Raiwind Road, one of the city's main arteries, connecting directly into the heart of Lahore, the site sits 10 minutes from Canal Road and 10 minutes from the Lahore Ring Road - the 85-kilometre orbital highway linking every major zone of the city to the national motorway network.

Few locations in Lahore offer this level of accessibility while remaining within an established residential corridor long favoured by the city's most discerning families.
